David Daly - Director
David Daly has been a Financial Adviser for over 20 years, specialising in Wealth Management, Pensions, Life Insurance and Mortgages. and continues to lead in his field operating as a Director of ‘Expat Financial’ – an independent Financial Services company based in Marbella Spain dealing with predominantly the British and Irish Expatriate Community Resident in Spain. Here he focuses his business on Spanish Compliant Investments, Mortgages, Pensions and Insurance. David provides excellent service with no exceptions.
Originally from Cork Ireland, David was educated by the Christian Brothers and furthered his Education in University College Cork & London’s Birbeck College. David has worked in the Financial Services for Companies such as Bank of Ireland, Canada Life and Lloyds in countries such as Ireland, The UK, and Spain.
David has two wonderful Children and his hobbies include, Golf, GAA Politics History and Cinema
Whilst in the UK David also worked for a Large IFA in central London which specialising in the Sports and Entertainment Stars primarily including Premiership Footballers Stars of Stage and Screen. His qualifications include FCA and CeMap Accreditations in the UK, and the QFA accreditation In Ireland. He is regulated the Central Bank of Ireland and for UK and Pan European Business by Opus Fidelis.
Susanne Wachtmeester – Financial administration and Compliance Consultant
Susanne Wachtmeester originally came to Spain as a digital nomad in the beginning of 2021. A Dutch Expat living in Spain, Suzanne has first hand experience in dealing with the many fiscal, legal and tax issues you can encounter as an Expat living and working in different European jurisdictions.
Suzanne has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Artez University of Arts in Zwolle Netherlands, and also studied bilingual havo at the “Van Der Capellen Scholengemeenschap” in Zwolle, during which she achieved her international baccalaureate degree in English .
As a professional problem solver with a practical and unique approach to complex problems, Suzanne has a passion to help other Expatriates navigate the complex Spanish bureaucracy regarding Insurances, Taxes, Mortgages, Investments and Property.
Susanne’s hobbies and Interests include Economics , Investing in the financial markets, Kitesurfing, and Cooking.
Originally from Zwolle, Susanne has worked in many important Roles such as Executive Assistant within a large franchise daycare company with 180 locations worldwide, and has extensive experience in Marketing and Communication. Suzanne is now head of administration and Compliance for Expat Financial and is studying to become an International Financial Adviser..
