The First Step:
You have to choose 5 possible names for the new company, so then we request them in the Commercial Registry. Then in 2 days they give us the name of the company. To start with this you have to pay €500 +IVA
The Second Step:
It is to start working with the deed and booking an appointment at the notary for the day that you are available for signing.
The Third Step:
We give you the draft deed for your okay or to make changes if you ask for it. With your approval, we are ready to send it to the Notary. Before we send it you have to pay €500 +IVA
Therefore, this is the process, that has a cost of €1000 + IVA with all notary and register expenses included. If you give us all the necessary information to create the company, the process can be very fast and within a week you have your new company ready.
Also, I must tell you that to comply with Spanish labor law you must register as a self-employed in the social security system. This process is included total cost.
